Questions
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where faces are easy to see, with up to about 4 people or pets. Phone photos are fine. Close-ups work better than far-away group shots.
Will I see the design before it prints?
A person checks every design before it prints. If your photo won't turn out well, we email you before printing so you can send another one, or we refund you in full.

Are markers included?
Yes. Fabric markers come with every blanket. Your fabric markers ship separately and usually arrive before the blanket.
When will it arrive?
It's made to order in the USA and usually arrives in 5-10 business days in the US. We ship to the US only for now. Order by December 5 for Christmas delivery in the US.
What if something is wrong with it?
You're covered by our 30-day guarantee. If your blanket isn't what you expected, or it arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll refund you or send a replacement.
